At SIIVERT 2026, Mamans Soloeotop ASBL presented the Single-Parent Reflex, within the theme: "Advocacy, Leadership, and Single-Parent Families: For Inclusive Governance and a Green and Resilient Africa." The quality of the discussions enriched the reflections on this methodology and its application to the challenges of inclusive governance and ecological transition.
Formulaire de demande d’accompagnement
Ce formulaire permet de présenter votre situation, d’identifier vos besoins et de solliciter un accompagnement auprès de Mamans Soloeotop ASBL. Il concerne notamment les démarches administratives et l’accès aux droits, les difficultés familiales et parentales, le logement, l’emploi, les situations de décès ou de succession, ainsi que les besoins d’orientation, de concertation ou de relais vers les services et professionnels compétents. Une participation de 10 € est demandée pour l’ouverture et le traitement du dossier.
MANDAT D’ACCOMPAGNEMENT ADMINISTRATIF
Ce mandat permet d’autoriser Mamans Soloeotop ASBL à assurer un accompagnement et un relais administratif auprès des services, administrations, institutions ou professionnels concernés par votre dossier. Il précise le cadre de l’intervention de l’association et les démarches pour lesquelles vous souhaitez être accompagné(e). Le mandat doit être accompagné d’une procuration manuscrite, datée et signée, précisant que vous autorisez Mamans Soloeotop ASBL à effectuer le relais administratif dans le cadre de la démarche concernée.
